Jose did a great job and was punctual and informative and very genuine, highly recommended, he did extra like contacting the property manager for us and making arrangements with the owner to make the process easier and was a good communicator. He met us on site for the showing and the final walk through. Even after the sale he help us witht he title transfer process and the lot lease.

Jose expertise was beyond measure! He even helped me prepare the home for the showing. He made the process seamless and simple. He guided me through every step, and made sure I crossed every "T" and dotted every "I"! An excellent agent, we are even using him to purchase our new home!

Jose was fabulous. He helped me with everything buying and selling was so stressful especially for me 57 year old woman with health ailments buying and selling was making me a little crazy. Thank God for Jose. He answered every question. I called him day night and evenings Saturdays and Sundays help me with everything getting the extra moving help getting the extra garbage dumping help. I mean he was a saint from above shout out to his wife, who let him take these calls anytime of the day or night that I had a Question.
